01Who we are

Bronx Holdings Pte Ltd (“Bronx”, “we”, “us”) makes ORYZA aerogel insulation and operates this website. We are the organisation responsible for your personal data. We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

02Personal data we collect

What you give us. When you fill in a contact, quote or document request form, we collect your name, work email, company, country, phone number if you give it, and the project details or message you send.

What we collect automatically. When you browse the site we collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the site that referred you. We use cookies for this; see our Cookie Policy.

What others share with us. Our authorised distributors and partners may pass on your business contact details when you ask them about ORYZA products.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your messages.

03How we use it

• To answer your enquiries, prepare quotes and give technical support.
• To review requests for technical documents and send them. We check each request and may decline requests that are not linked to a genuine project, including requests from other insulation manufacturers.
• To manage our relationship with you, and to supply and deliver products you order.
• To send product news and event invitations, where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
• To run, secure and improve this website.
• To meet our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

04Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)

We rely on your consent (for example, for marketing and analytics cookies), on the need to take steps before or under a contract with you (quotes and orders), on our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business and answering enquiries, and on our legal obligations.

05Who we share it with

• Bronx group companies, including our operations in China, where needed to answer your enquiry or supply products.
• Authorised Bronx distributors in your region, so they can support your project.
• Service providers that host this website and handle email, customer records and analytics for us, under contracts that require them to protect your data.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor if all or part of our business is sold or reorganised.

We do not sell personal data.

06International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the country where you live, including in Singapore, China and the countries where our service providers operate. When we transfer personal data, we take steps to make sure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA and, where GDPR applies, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

07How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Enquiry and request records are kept while our relationship is active and reviewed regularly. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity, and we may charge a reasonable fee for access requests where the law allows. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore or to your local data protection authority.

10Marketing

We only send marketing emails where you have agreed. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe, or you can contact us at any time.

11Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

This site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your data; please read their policies.
