ORYZA SIL 650
High-temperature aerogel blanket for FPSO, marine modules, petroleum and petrochemical plants, with superior CUI protection and passive fire protection.

ORYZA PSI
The world's only customised, prefabricated aerogel pipe insulation, engineered to fit any pipe, with no manual cutting or wrapping on site.
Sub-ambient to cryogenic.
For FLNG and LNG pipelines, cryogenic tanks, cold chain, transport and storage, with an integrated vapour retarder.

ORYZA LTG
A highly porous, lightweight composite with excellent flexibility, ultra-low thermal conductivity, superior mechanical strength and outstanding hydrophobicity.
Sustainable, energy and space efficient.
Non-combustible blankets and panels for buildings, certified as a Singapore Green Building Product.

ORYZA BGT
A completely inorganic aerogel composite that keeps its strength, durability and thermal properties in demanding environments, in a wide range of density and thickness combinations.

Built to hold back fire.
Thin aerogel layers for passive fire protection on hot equipment, and thermal barriers that help stop heat spreading inside EV battery packs.

ORYZA HCF
A high-silica aerogel blanket that pairs thermal insulation with passive fire protection in a super-light profile. Hydrophobic and breathable for all-weather use, with corrosion-under-insulation defence and low dust for easier handling.

ORYZA EV Safe
Thin, compressible aerogel barriers for electric-vehicle battery packs. Placed between cells and modules, they slow the spread of heat when a cell goes into thermal runaway, giving the pack’s safety systems time to respond.
Slows thermal runaway
Very low thermal conductivity holds heat back between cells, helping stop one failing cell from setting off the next.
Made for propagation testing
Designed for packs tested against thermal-propagation requirements such as China GB 38031 and UN ECE R100. Test data on request.
Keeps packs compact
A thin barrier protects cells without giving up the space and weight that drive range.
Fits your cell design
Thickness and compression are tailored to pouch, prismatic or cylindrical cells and your pack layout.

Aerogel, made for your application.
Customised to your application
ORYZA PSI is prefabricated to your pipe, and blankets are cut to fit pipes, vessels, valves and flanges, in thicknesses from 3 to 20 mm.
Performance at both extremes
LTG reaches 0.012 W/m·K below −129 °C for cryogenic service, while SIL 650 and BGT are rated to 650 °C and HCF to 700 °C. One supplier from LNG to hot process lines.
Engineered in Singapore
Developed and engineered by Bronx in Singapore since 2018, supporting projects across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Brazil.
Certified sustainable
Singapore Green Building Product (Very Good), EPD verified, and CE-marked under ETA-12/0339.
Safer for your crews
Low dust during installation, with no crystalline silica content in residual dust, so it is safe for workers on contact.
Engineers on your side
From design consultation to on-site training, our technical team works as an extension of yours.
And why aerogel at all? Versus fibreglass, mineral wool and PU foam:
What is ORYZA and how is it used?
ORYZA is an aerogel blanket, a highly efficient insulation material used in oil and gas, LNG, power generation and construction to insulate pipes, equipment, tanks and buildings. It provides superior heat insulation, fire resistance, lightweight flexible installation, and water repellence that prevents moisture build-up and reduces corrosion.
Which product is right for my temperature?
For hot service up to 650 °C, choose ORYZA SIL 650, or ORYZA PSI when you want insulation prefabricated to the pipe. For sub-ambient and cryogenic service such as LNG, choose ORYZA LTG (maximum use temperature 125 °C). For buildings that need A1 fire performance, choose ORYZA BGT. For passive fire protection on hot equipment up to 700 °C, choose ORYZA HCF.
What are the key properties of ORYZA blankets?
ORYZA combines silica aerogel with a flexible fibre blanket, offering: • Ultra-low thermal conductivity, down to 0.012 W/m·K below −129 °C (LTG) • Service from cryogenic temperatures up to 700 °C • Hydrophobic and breathable, protecting against corrosion under insulation • Low dust, with no crystalline silica content in residual dust • Durable and flexible, resisting breakage during handling Full test data is in each product datasheet, available on request.
Are ORYZA products environmentally friendly?
Yes. ORYZA SIL 650 and BGT are certified Singapore Green Building Products (Very Good) and are EPD verified. ORYZA reduces energy consumption and the associated carbon emissions, lasts longer than conventional materials so it is replaced less often, and generates less dust and waste during installation.
Why is ORYZA better than traditional insulation?
Compared with fibreglass, mineral wool and polyurethane foam blankets, ORYZA offers superior thermal performance at less thickness, higher fire resistance, hydrophobicity that keeps it effective in wet environments, and lighter, more flexible handling.
What scientific principles explain aerogel's performance?
Thermal insulation: nano-sized pores trap air, drastically reducing heat transfer by conduction and convection. Hydrophobicity: aerogels repel water, so moisture does not degrade insulation performance. Fire resistance: aerogels are non-flammable and withstand extreme temperatures thanks to their stable structure.
What tests has ORYZA passed?
ORYZA products are tested to international ASTM, EN and ISO standards covering fire, thermal performance, moisture and durability, and carry SGBC, EPD, ETA and ABS certifications. The standards for each product and the full test reports are shared with project teams on request.
