Engineering support at every stage.
From design consultation to on-site training, our global network of aerogel experts supports your project from the first drawing to the last blanket.

Bronx has built a global network of technical experts who combine deep knowledge of aerogel with decades of field experience across industries. Consider us an extension of your own team.
Wherever you are in the project.
Designing a new facility
Specify the right ORYZA product for each service condition from the first drawing.
Retrofitting existing infrastructure
Upgrade insulation where space is tight and corrosion under insulation is a concern.
Optimising current operations
Cut heat loss and maintenance in live plant without long shutdowns.
From consultation to training.
- 01Design consultationReview service temperatures, space constraints and corrosion risks with our engineers.
- 02SpecificationProduct selection with datasheets, safety data and standards documentation.
- 03Fabrication & supplyBlankets cut or prefabricated to fit pipes, vessels, valves and flanges.
- 04On-site trainingHands-on training for installation crews, on your site.
Nanopores trap air. Heat has nowhere to go.
- 01
Thermal
Nano-sized pores trap air, drastically reducing heat transfer by conduction and convection, in both hot and cryogenic service.
- 02
Water
Hydrophobic and breathable, so performance holds in wet conditions and corrosion stays off the steel.
- 03
Fire
Non-flammable and stable at extreme temperatures. SIL 650 and BGT are Euroclass A1 non-combustible.

Datasheets, on request.
Technical datasheets, safety datasheets and article information sheets are shared with project teams on request. Tell us about your project and our engineers will send the documents you need, usually within one working day.
